It's a plush dog of some sort. I don't even have good YouTube gameplay footage of this. I only have him in my roster - just to test out the waters for the rest of the characters in Training Mode. No. Seriously. Pepe won't attack. Doesn't have a special taunt. Doesn't have an Arcade Mode intro. No sound bytes. No physical X/Z attacks. Doesn't even make a death yell when you kill it. No matter what difficulty you set for the CPU AI to play as Pepe it doesn't do anything. It won't attack in Arcade Mode, Watch Mode, no one hit KO suprise. No method of shielding itself. No intro animation. No way of ducking with bottom arrow key. Nothing. At least it takes damage - right? Evidenced by the photos. So it's functional and doesn't crash the game.
