Pretty sure when you file your weekly benefits they'll ask you if you performed any work for pay, not if you were paid. But that may vary from state to state

So, I'm not entirely sure how that paper trail would work out for you but if you were to be audited they could say your claims were fraudulent and make you pay them back with penalties and interest.

While unemployment fraud is probably rampant right now and hard to track I would just recommend being as honest as you possibly can when claiming to avoid trouble. I believe even if you are working again but have reduced hours and pay you can still get the $600 a week from the cares act.
