The citizens of CHOP either forgot that or were delusional enough to think otherwise. Eventually, people got hurt and the businesses inside suffered. Now, I hear they want to sue the police department and the city for abandoning them by not providing the services and protection that would have been available to them, if they had not been forcing the government out.
