Bayonetta: I beat it on normal today. Really fun game. I kind of sucked at it I got Stone for each chapter except the prologue (gold), chapter 7 (bronze) and chapter 14 (bronze).

I definitely got better at it by the end though. The beginning of the fourth Jeanne fight was probably the toughest part for me, especially since I had no healing items. My least favorite part of the game was the QTE, especially when it occurred just before a new checkpoint. Once or twice I did something after a few tries, but wasnt expecting a QTE in a cutscene and had to do stuff all over again. Oh yeah I should also mention that the first two verses before the aforementioned fight gave me a serious headache, the first time thats really happened to me during a video game. Those are the only negatives for me though.

The good - the gameplay, atmosphere and character design, music, story are definite highlights. There something really satisfying about the combat. Also, Angel Attack is fun!

I found all the journal entries but gave up on getting all the crows, and I never even tried getting all the portals. I also missed an LP. Im sure I hurt myself by not getting the bat/crow within power-ups. Im guessing those are mandatory for some collectibles.

Im currently at 24/50 trophies/in-game achievements. Im considering grinding halos to get the climax bracelet and then just wipe the floor with the remaining trophies.

Thanks again for doing this @Evillordexdeath , I wouldnt have played Bayonetta if you hadnt.
