Like clearly Abigail was performing sacrifices but the Demon God Pillar was repeating this several times and it didn't appear to work until we showed up so there had to be more to it and?????? Yeah Salem was my favorite of the EoRs too. It definitely petered off a bit towards the end, but it was still cool, partly because Lovecraftian stuff is great. Abigail's Interlude has a bit of a fun followup to some of that stuff if you were interested in Youtubing it or something at some point. And yeah Avicebron is a boss. One of the most entertaining parts of the Singularity in general. Hopefully some of the QoL improvements and the new engine are helping you out a bit!
