You have a better idea of what is acceptable in regards to both employee treatment and the policies relating to your job. Plus it's easier to get a 20% salary increase every 2 years by job hopping than raises from one company. Once you get to the point in your career where you are in the top pay bracket, you can look for a company with a good culture and work life balance like Cleo mentioned to stay until you retire. --- ...
