In Mass Effect 2 news, the suicide mission is complete.
Roles: Tali hacked the door. Thane created the biotic field. Jacob escorted the survivors. Garrus led both fire teams. Grunt and Legion were with me for the first two legs, then Thane and Mordin for the last.
Results: Legion died holding off the last wave of the seeker swarms. Everyone else survived, even Harbinger somehow. Thane gave me a scare twice, from the strain of the biotic field and from almost falling off the platform after the final boss, but he made it. I let the Illusive Man have the base. I don't intend to play Mass Effect 3 to see what he does with it.
I'll post more detailed thoughts later after you're done, but suffice to say this game did not live up to the hype.
