Back in Shandalar I used to play a deck of 20 Black Lotuses and 20 Ball Lightnings... Could possibly win in 1-2 turns unless my opponent had First Strike creatures, such as Tundra Wolves or White Knights. My starting hand: 3 Black Lotuses and 4 Ball Lightnings, or 4 Black Lotuses and 3 Ball Lightnings. Opponent Turn 1: Do anything other than summon a creature with First Strike. My Turn 1: Draw the missing card and end up with 4 Black Lotuses and 4 Ball Lightnings. Summon all four Ball Lightnings. Deal 24 points of damage.
