It certainly doesn't spit out Cutter and Sweeper, although they're not a huge problem because Hell House might kill them itself. I didn't die to Hell House, though I was also fortunate enough to spot the Tonberries right away each time and if you instantly begin attacking them, they're gone in seconds.
