Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences. Do not feel obligated to feel outraged at every expressed opinion that you don't agree with. Social media makes it possible for people to share their opinion instantly, and given the variety of beliefs out there, some are bound to offend. Even from people you may respect. On that note.
