Could always just give them the option of not filling every slot. I think I've seen it done before where your lowest is always +1, so if you don't fill out as many slots, your vote isn't weighed as heavily, which kinda makes sense to me.

i had this thought but i wonder if people might pad their ballot a little to be counted more. I think 50 would give us interesting enough results but maybe that would be too much like maniac says. eh.
