Now, in regards to him wanting to leave or not. The way the system works is... on January 22nd(or whatever) he loses all powers and no one is obligated to follow any orders of his. Instead that power would go to Biden. He can then contest the results and go to court but hell be using HIS OWN money to do so. In the mean time, life will go back to some sort of normal. But like, the DoJ are totally loyal to Trump, and who knows how much of the military is.
