Yes it is. There is clearly an organized elite of the organization and that is who Trump was talking about. Supporting Antifa is not the same as being Antifa. They are by all accounts and definitions, terrorists, not talking about anti fascists in general, but the people who literally want to shoot people who support Trump and his supporters and literally cause mayhem. This is one of those instances where people kind of gloss over what actual shitty people the group are (The elite, the ones who stir the pot in the shadows and heavily advocate violence and destruction) because in general the cause itself is just.
