The other 3 officers involved are being charged in aiding and abetting second degree murder. Depending on how this plays out it may have huge implications for how police deal with suspects in the future. Effectively bringing about some measure of change that these protestors are seeking. If convicted, officers will now also be in charge of policing their colleagues.
