Iodine 06/01/20 7:23:36 PM #1:	I already received the first stimulus check back in April and Congress hasn't passed the 2nd round of stimulus checks. The only explanation I can think of it is on behalf of my brother but it went to me because he is my dependent. The thing is dependents over the age of 18 were not eligible to receive a check so im not sure what this money is for.
