My point to all this is that people shouldnt be sensationalizing headlines where A) everybody is safe and alive and B) emphasizing the value of a baby over a family. All life is valued - not just that of babies.
Yes, the rioters that set the building on fire and blocked firefighter access should be charged.

nothing else is gonna encourage the legitimate protesters to go home more than that, and just throwing more law enforcement and national guard at the situation is just gonna make everything worse
at the end of the day they may not get convicted, but for there to be justice they need to be charged. Cops should be held to the same standard as anyone else.

Not even the fact people are going to stop getting hurt and another situation like this one in which the firefighters don't get there in time can be avoided? There is a high chance that at this rate someone is going to die, in fact i'm surprised that didn't happen yet.
I thought the aim here is to protest people being needlessly killed and hurt, not protesting around the rioters IS getting people needlessly hurt and might result in someone being needlessly killed which is exactly the thing they are protesting against
the other option is giving the rioters free reign to do a lot more damage so....
imo the other 3 cops should be punished as well because there is such a thing as illegal orders in the military and police, but i don't get why the protests and riots aren't aimed at the government and FBI specifically? they are the ones handling it, Trump told them to speed the process up as much as possible, there isn't really anything more he can do to get those 3 arrested, the ball is solely in the FBIs hands from what i understood, so why isn't it all aimed at them instead of rando building with children inside?
Because if they went after the actual government they would just get gunned down fast. ---
