I'll check... Edit: I found it, I think. It said You can change the size of the in-game text from Title Menu > Options > Interface. This option allows you to change the size of the text in HUD and help messages. This option allows you to change the size of the text in conversations and cutscenes. For the Outer Worlds, I do remember having to sit closer. I assume it was because of the text size, but I honestly can't remember.
