Chauvin is the cop who ignited the country wide protests in the United States as his arrest came Days AFTER the shocking video was released showing him with his knee on George Floyd's neck for nearly 10 MINUTES until he was unconscious and ultimately died. A medical examiner however said that his death was a "combination" of factors including a coronary artery disease and the police arrest but strangulation and asyphixa was "not" the cause. The Floyd family rejects that notion and has ordered an independent coroner to examine the body 3rd degree carries a sentence of 25 years in prison as it states "whoever, without intent to effect the death of any pereson, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life" America is going to Night 3 of arson, looting and vandalism gripped the protests. Kellie Chauvin, his wife of nearly 10 years has shocking released a DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE through the statement of her lawyer and is demanding a DIVORCE from him She is horrified and disgusted by what has transpired and is demanding an immediate divorce.
