Dude, she's being accused of inflating her financial records to prop up her brand to be bigger than it really was which lead to a company to buy 51% of her shares thinking it was worth more than it really was. If true, the Khardashians basically did a pump and dump on that company. Pretty sure she can be charged for fraud. Yeah, nobody is buying a controlling interest in a company over a Forbes list.
