so I guess it's Ness >_> Ness is actually a pretty good fit for this topic, though perhaps not Kefka-tier. To recap: - 2004: Beats Jak with ease in what was supposed to be a 50-50 match, then greatly overperforms against Auron
- 2005: Beats Carl Johnson with ease in a match B8 gave him no shot in
- 2007: Fails to place against 3 PSX characters
- 2008: Gets schooled by Pac-Man against Mewtwo, barely placing ahead of Travis Touchdown in the process
- 2010: Loses cleanly to Big Daddy in a match B8 favored him in
- 2018: See above, only replace Big Daddy with 2B
