I think we all expect rallies now and calling them is part of the contest. I am probably just annoyed after being one of just 3 gurus who got shafted by both matches decided by the registered user bonus. Discouraging outside users is just another thing this site has done wrong (which has already been touched on) - I would be trying to encourage people to the site, rather than discouraging them, especially with the major decrease in traffic on the site over time. Mandatory voting in all matches is not going to encourage people to stay who are only interested in one match either. I thought this contest was pretty bad to be honest. There were a few decent matches in the middle, but it ended up with a lot of predictable matches with awful vote tallies. I think the fact there were a few clear standout games this decade lead to a lot of the one sided results. Probably a bottom 5 contest for me. Take out mid contest breaks too. Although I appreciated being top of the leader board in the second chance comp for a day, that contest break made me lose all interest after what had been an entertaining week or so. --- ~ Ringworm ~ Congrats to azuarc - Guru champion - GotD ...
