They make sure their graphics are as good as possible, but neglect the actual gameplay aspects of their products. So you end up with things like FFXV, which look good but play like ass. And they seemingly can't be fucked to get competent writers, so their JRPGs (a genre which heavily focuses on story) end up with some of the worst story-telling possible. FFXV is an example yet again for this, along with KH3. GrandConjuraton posted... Nier Automata seems nice, but I haven't had the opportunity to play more than the demo.That was developed by Platinum, though.
