I ran sixteen minutes at a ten minute mile pace on the treadmill, with a three minute warm up and cool down of walking at 4 mph. I smoke and haven't ran in probably three years. I'll be 28 next week. When I was 18-19 I was running three to four miles a day at sub six minute pace. It's kind of embarrassing to see where I am now. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
