Romes187 05/26/20 5:43:53 PM #462: | did the crucible today basically 8 exercises 50 reps each with commando plank crawl things for 45 in between each one i was doing okay until 3 leg exercises in a row came....and my front delts are toasted after deciding to try 20 lb DBs for overhead press at 50 reps....thought it'd be easier haha ...
