| Wanglicious 05/26/20 5:21:28 PM #482: | came in to see if the Minneapolis case was mentioned, saw it is. not sure what the defense would be on that one, knee to the back of the neck while pinned to the ground for 5 minutes is something that obviously risks killing someone. a few seconds of that is all it'd take to knock someone out. minutes starts making that look less like manslaughter and more like murder, especially after they're aware he's bleeding from the nose, so i'm not sure what defense can be come up with. no weapons, 4 cops, he's on the ground. --- "Maybe it's a tentacle, molesting the planet itself. - Aschen Brodel. ...
