For example you should be able to see in there that the reason there has been no national TV broadcast is due to massive worldwide radio interference. This is why Galbadia was invading that radio tower in Dollet from your SeeD test, the equipment there was powerful enough to break through the interference for a short while to make that broadcast. --- ...
