You might not be doing the right things to level up Limit. Invasion was good stuff too. Definitely a good epic feel there. With Limit, it says it gets XP from using a finisher, but using a Limit costs half of Sora's MP, so using two Limits wipes his MP gauge and he generally doesn't get his MP back fast enough to use more.
