I like the idea of weighting, but I think the top of the list should still be significantly heavier (and +10 should be the only +10. 10s are special). I'd probably do something like 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4 so the weighting is all in the tail This is very close to what I'm currently using.
