Which should I trust My first time, they match, but as time goes on, my GPS watch just lags behind the app in terms of distance seen. My watch will say 6.7 miles while Strava does 7 miles I average out the distance, always been a problem for me no matter how many different devices and apps I've gone through. As to why that happens?
