I dont really watch the show much but I dont think they tend to put multiple female idols on the same episodes. In terms of doing well, the last 2 episodes to air (255-256) have a female idol who actually makes it to the 3rd round which is pretty rare. Shes also the youngest person to actually make the 3rd round.

There was another older female idol that actually won the whole thing 5 times in a row a while back (163-164 for initial appearance then every other episode to defend her title)
