She was clearly threatening and started to swing the thing at him, it's ridiculous to act like he's supposed to wait to see how hard she can hit him with it before he defends himself from an obviously telegraphed attack coming at him. I never said he should wait for him to hit her, why the fuck are people thinking I said this? Or that he should have defended himself. The way she grips the thing in a batter stance there is no way she could have hit him in the fucking head. Which is what he did. She was the aggressor. She was at fault. He had every right to defend himself in a legal manner. Going straight to head like he did I don't think would be covered in a self-defensive manner due to it not matching the level of violence she could have done.
