You get untaxed $500 mil, but you have to stay in New England. Wherever you buy a house, you must stay in that state for one year, then you can go anywhere in NE. After the one year, you get 30 vacation days a year where you can travel anywhere outside of New England. If you break the rules, you lose everything.
