In the case of busing, that was closer to 50 years ago and for some districts there were some pretty substantial logistical issues. I think even the civil forfeiture laws he introduced were over 30 years ago and it was during a time when the parties were trying to outcrazy each other when it came to drug enforcement. 50 years of promoting a disparetly racist agenda, and now that he's senile and pandering for votes we think he could be different?
