I've shared this accomplishment with a few of my friends and they don't find it very impressive. Fishermen, I am like 258lbs with clothes at 5'10, that's a lot of work I'm doing when I walk for 30 minutes *sigh* I'm sedentary most of the day, the rest of the time I spend at my desk on a computer.
lincoln002, I'm proud of you. Improvement is improvement. You're getting healthier, and I hope you achieve every one of your goals. Keep at it, stay persistent, and be everything you want to be and more.
