What you should do next time is press down on her tongue next time she bites. That's how I got three dogs to stop chewing on my fingers and I can't imagine the results would be much different for cats.
On topic... no. I've never thought to do that to any animal actually. Huh. Whenever I'm around a sleeping cat I am compelled to tickle the hairs inside their ears so that they twitch them in their sleep. I can't help it, man. The twitching ears are so cute. :3
