Jessie is convinced she just accidentally made the bomb wrong and obviously feels a lot of remorse, but Barret is still like hey we knew there would be consequences to doing this stuff but we gotta keep going for the planet. Theres a bit near the end where president Shinra kind of validly calls out Barret on his hypocrisy --- For your Azuarc . At least Kupo has class and doesn't MESSAGE the people -Dr Pizza ...
