Romes187 05/19/20 5:14:04 PM #381: | nice... this day of The Work sucked and I hated most of the exercises I have shit balance in my legs and there was a lot of balance work and literally a fucking lunge or a squat on every single exercise...my legs are so toasted I'm actually pissed off when he keeps adding in more work.
