I'd maybe throw something to target lower chest in there a little too.That may not be necessary for you though depending on what look you're going for. Most folks tend to focus on upper chest because they prefer that shelf look to their chest.

Also rear delts as were mentioned. You might actually be good on triceps. They're getting some work in on your chest day too.

Nice, thanks for the feedback. What would you recommend for lower chest? Is that just a decline press?
