1) Not if you don't want people trying to game the system, even unintentionally. For example, I skimmed the topic before voting because I wanted to see if anybody had any comments on the format or anything else worth reading, and I "accidently" noticed that WAIFF was getting a lot of votes. I tried ignoring that fact when casting my vote but it was hard. So I would disagree with even being allowed to read the topic before voting.

2) PM to vote or allow system gaming.

3) I wasn't sure how many advanced but now I see that it's one.

4) Ordinarily I'd say yes but I have more time on my hands with the pandemic going on (most of us do probably).

5) As soon as possible, even before the division ends.

6) I don't mind trying something new.
