They still won't get used in Arena even if they can use OP skills due to their low scoring. I gave Veronica Atk/Spd Push 4 and that's as premium as I'll go for a healer unless they release another one just as broken as her First one I got is +Spd/-Atk, while the new one is +HP Julia showed up just in time for that map.
