Jiek_Fafn 05/13/20 1:30:42 PM #294: | I've repeatedly hurt myself doing deadlifts over the years. Nothing major but it sucks. If I screw up my form once I'm injured for weeks. Currently, I'm doing some lower back exercises to try and strengthen that area and doing some super controlled deadlifts with like 150lbs to focus on form. I'm pretty sure my lower back is weak. I've hurt it a bunch of times picking up the bar for OHP too. I do OHP kneeling atm because I'm terrified of hurting it again while I'm out of work.
