The only popular exercise I won't touch is deadlifts. I've known too many people who hurt their back doing them, even people with normally great form. It's just too risky to me.

Checking in. Had my back slightly rounded doing stiff legged deadlifts, pulled something and deadlifts and cobra hurt like a bitch. Started doing weighed pull ups because they didnt hurt and never looked back.

Dealifts are the most common injury exercise and bench you can guillotine yourself if youre an idiot. Most other exercises require you to really fuck up and do it very wrong to get a crippling injury... like locking out your knees on leg press.
