I tried a floor press with my dumbbells but wasnt sure whether it was worth it because Im used to the full ROM on a bench with dumbbells. My arms can only go as far back as the ground during the pulling motion. Felt like I was cheating myself. Anyone know more about ground benching and whether its worth it? Ive been doing pyramid pushups as a substitute

You arent cheating yourself, benching from the floor just takes your shoulders out of the equation. As far as form, try to squeeze your headphone cable in between your pecs. Doesnt really work, but do it right and your arms raise up naturally.

IMO look into some bands if you're looking for more exercise variety. Very lightweight/little space and you can replace a lot of cable based lifts with them

You have no idea how jelly I am of your rent/mortage. Fuckin ~$3200 per month all said and done for a 4 bed 4 bath...
