Tom Bombadil 05/09/20 10:56:38 PM #34:	he was gonna be his sidekick-who-does-all-the-talking-and-most-of-the-wrestling tho! ~~also he deserves it~~ Sonic Boom Wk. 3, 1/15 NiGHTS makes an appearance to remind us that A) he exists on this roster and B) it's once again time for the Sonic the Fighters tournament! We're kicking off with two first round matches tonight: Tails will square off against Chaos, and Amy will face Shadow in a rematch from Sonic Spinball! (45) Rouge comes out with the Master Emerald! Maybe Knuckles is the rightful owner, but possession is nine-tenths of the law, probably. If Knuckles wants the Emerald back...she doesn't get to finish that thought, as Knuckles storms his way to the ring. Instead, she chucks the Emerald into the Special Stage! It looks like we're getting a Special Stage Showdown....tonight! Rouge escapes before Knuckles can get his mitts on her. (59) Manny Calavera makes his in-ring debut! Unfortunately for him, it's against the red-hot Metal Sonic. Manny shows us some promise in the ring, but Metal Sonic powers through every hope spot and puts him away. (58) Sonic comes out to the ring before Metal Sonic can leave. Sonic may have underestimated that tin can, but it won't happen next time they step in the ring together! (71) The tournament kicks off with a trainwreck of a match between Tails and Chaos. Chaos eventually puts his opponent and the crowd out of their misery. (37) Blaze the Cat comes to the ring demanding what happened to Silver. She's not leaving until Tails Doll comes out and fights her! After a pregnant pause, Tails Doll appears in the ring to do just that. (49) No cinematic shenanigans this time, just a (relatively) normal wrestling match. Doll weathers all of Blaze's offense and just....beats her. (50) Cajun Connection are backstage working out. They got beat up by the Eggman Empire and Princess Sally hasn't been hanging around much lately, but they're gonna get back in shape and back on track! (41) Amy and Shadow are up next for a return match from the PPV, this time with tournament stakes. Shadow's clearly taking this a lot more seriously after his loss....but he's also clearly tilted by said loss, and gets a little wild and crazy. Amy is once again able to exploit his mental state, and repeats her big upset win! It'll be Amy v. Chaos in two weeks, then. (66) Shadow is absolutely LIVID! He storms backstage, destroying the scenery along the way. (70) Knuckles and Rouge are all set to race and/or brawl their way through the Special Stage in their quest to retrieve the Master Emerald! Let's say the Sonic 1 stage is in play here. Knuckles of course has a significant power advantage here, but Rouge's quick thinking allows her to make excellent use of the chaotic setting, and she quickly catches up with the disoriented Knuckles every time he takes her out. With a series of quick walljumps....Rouge reaches the Master Emerald first, becoming the new champion! (65) Rouge quickly absconds with her prize....before Knuckles can exit the Special Stage! We've never seen that before- what will become of him! (70) Overall: 66 SUCCESS If I am understanding contracts correctly that is actually the last time you will see several people because I don't think anybody has an Iron Clad contract.
