My goal was to not have toothpick arms anymore, over half a year in I still had toothpick arms, but a woman's ass and a fridgelike body. At this point i picked up a bro routine and started looking a lot better. My bro routine was probably successful partially *because* of SS, But I looked ridiculous and I was not anywhere near the point where the purists recommend to stop SS and move on to something else. --- gm ...
