well I've already mentioned he's be stealing dad's car to drive off to sneak into his girlfriends parents place in fucking Barrie and all the chaos that's brought

last week he did it again and since then I've pretty well just stayed away from him as much as I could, only coming out to the livingroom when gsis is up and around, leave any communications with him brief (but thankfully that's not much different from my normal quiet behavior so it works)

but now recently his Switch microsd port has been malfunctioning no matter what SD is in so it interrupts his games and he obsessively needs it in his life because he does nothing but stay up with his girlfriend playing Warframe or whatever

so you might also remember I bought gsis a limited edition Switch, so now he's been trying to take that whenever he wants and if gbro doesn't get what he wants he goes completely abusive until he gets it. I've frankly been locking everything important to the family in my room at night because who the fuck knows what this sneaky selfish thief prick will do to swap system or simply destroy our stuff since he's an unbelievably vengeful person and he lets people know that

anyhow that's the main background so about yesterday/today: gsis is going back to her place in Ottawa today, mom wanted another visit before she goes so they made plans yesterday for gsis to stay over - and still uncomfortable being left alone under the same roof as the hellspawn thief go with... and we take our switches to continue playing together of course - they're ours.

before we even arrive home my sister gets a call that greg has gone beserk, abusing my dad, whirling up a storm apartment looking for our Switches, cursing us out and demanding us bring it back, and because my sister is very concerned about our dad (for good reason, he's old, has high anxiety, and can't keep going through this), we go back and drop her Switch off to appease the beast

when we get home, he sends disturbing texts to my sister about how she did the right thing so dad and sleep safely tonight, and how apparently I've made a dangerous enemy out of him for locking my doors, "don't make an enemy out of someone who doesn't need to sleep" threatening shit.. but for real just that first one about our dad is frightening enough, he knows that abusing our father gets him what he wants and he exploits that - but it's not like we can just let our dad get tortured. legitimately the only option is to have the cops called on him, me, gsis, and gstepdad are all in favour of that plan but mom and dad are, as the pushover parents they are, too concerned with how his life may be effected, but quite frankly he doesn't have any real prospects in life anyhow the way he lives

so yeah me, gsis, gmom, and gstepdad stayed up through 3am taking about what the fuck we can do, ultimately we order him a switch lite to tie him over with and the hopeful plan is to get him an airbnb in his girlfriend's town and they can rot together and leave us the fuck alone and hopefully if he causes any more shit the parents will finally get professionals involved

woof, of course he's got a much bigger substance abuse problem with his medications than we actually realized
