Especially if you fast because you need less beer. If you keep it to 2-3 times a week and you get your tolerance down, you can get a decent buzz with 3 coors lights if you drink fast enough haha. If the goal is to enjoy the beer, then I'd say do 1 fancy beer every few days or so. Or you can just workout harder to burn it but blah. I stick with green because its no calorie...just gotta watch those munchies. NOTE: I am not an expert in any of this obv. so don't listen to my suggestions.
