Way too much. They're only harming their bodies in the long run. Spine, neck, knees, heart, kidneys, bladder, and liver. As there are eating disorders, there is such thing as exercise disorders as well. Only exception I will make are professional athletes where they have reliable trainers, and doctors monitoring them. "Joe" from Apt 4 just doing this because he's motivated from watching youtube videos should be more careful.
Dead @ LampChop thinking that running 8 miles is a high level workout that should only be performed by professional athletes with reliable trainers
