I have done every nutrition plan known to man so luckily for me I'm pretty in tune with how my body reacts. So far, one meal a day is treating it well.

If you dont have abs then you arent lean, and each percent of body fat is roughly 2-3lbs. Also takes quite a bit longer for your body to build new muscle than it does to lose fat...

it was less of the one meal a day thing and more that your diet consists of salami, hamburgers and little Debbie snacks... if youve tried every nutrition plan known to man Id think youd realize there are far more optimal ways to make progress than eating salami all day or having a burger and half a little Debbie snack... but Im not here to rag on you. Let me know how it works out I guess.
