Like xyxyzxyyxz or whatever that guys name was everyone was all about strength which is nice, but then people would laugh at bodybuilders then i remember seeing ronnie coleman and i was like ooooh...yeah these guys are strong too. i feel like it was the wild west back then with online fitness knowledge ...
